2022 - 2023 CAJ Fall Sport COVID Guidelines[edit]

Practice

Athletes are not required to check temperatures prior to practice.

Athletes are not required to wear masks during practice indoors or outdoors.

Athletes are not required to sanitize balls after every use (VB).

Athletes are still encouraged to sanitize hands frequently during practice.

Athletes should not go to practice if they are feeling ill.

Athletes are required to stay on campus or go home when they have late practice. If on campus, athletes are not required to be supervised, but are strongly encouraged to use the time to study and finish homework.

Games

Masks are not required while playing in a game or match.

Masks are required for players and coaches sitting on the bench during indoor games. Masks are optional for players and coaches on the bench during outdoor games as per CAJ campus policy.

No sanitizing balls between points (VB).

All spectators are allowed to attend indoor and outdoor sporting events. Required to wear masks at indoor games and optional at outdoor games as per CAJ campus policy.

Spectators and visiting athletes are not required to check temperatures prior to games and matches.

Visitors are allowed to use our visitor locker room to change for games.

CAJ athletes will still change into and out of uniforms prior to and after games at CAJ unless instructed otherwise.

Athletes and students are allowed to use the locker room showers, but need to bring and use their own towel.
