MS girls' soccer teams lose two games at BST

The middle school girls' soccer teams lost two away games against BST on Wednesday. A Team lost 9-0 and B Team lost 6-0.

Coach Charles Smoker said this about the A Team game:

"Their superstar dominated the first half, scoring most of their goals directly or assisting their goals. It was 8-0 at the half. We settled down in the second half and allowed only one goal towards the end of the second half. Well done, Knights!"

Smoker noted that in the B Team game, BST scored three goals in each half. He had these general comments to give on the performances of both teams:

"Today was a good learning experience for both A and B Teams. A good, skilled opponent will show us our weaker areas and skills we need to work on. We can be thankful for the opportunity to play, our teammates, BST hosting these games, no injuries, nice weather, safe travel on the way there and back, Thank you, God, for a good day!"

A Team and B Team both have records of 0-3 this season. Both teams will play at home against NIS after Christmas break on Saturday, January 11.
