Varsity boys' basketball wins 71-47 against Senri Osaka

The varsity boys' basketball team opened its season at ASIJ on Friday with a non-league game against fellow international school Senri Osaka. The Knights won 71-47.

According to coach Steve Hall, "our transition offense got us off to a good lead early, but Osaka closed the gap to 36-32 at the end of the first half. We took control of the game in the second half and pulled away."

CAJ was led in scoring by Kyle (18 points), Enosh (17 points) and Ty (15 points).

The Knights will play again on Saturday at the Sava Tournament at St. Mary's with games against Tsukaba Shuei, Kiryu Daichi and St. Mary's.
