Ingredients
1/2 cup sifted cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions
Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in saucepan. Add the water gradually, stirring until mixture is smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 1 minute without stirring. Remove from heat and cool, stir in vanilla. Pour into jar or other container. cover and refrigerate until needed.
To Use
Beat 1 cup hot or cold milk into 2 Tbsp cocoa syrup.
For 6 servings Heat 6 cups milk until bubbles form around edge of saucepan. Add 3/4 cup cocoa syrup, stirring until well mixed with milk.
